Three Inland Empire Multifamily Properties Refinanced with $27M: Three multifamily properties in the Inland Empire totaling 286 units are up for refinancing for $27 million by the Northmarq San Diego regional office. Conor Freeman and Wyatt Campbell, vice presidents at Northmarq, drew together the deal, which included a 10-year duration and interest-only payments for the first ten years.

CSUSB to Host LTC IE Regional Mobility Dialogue The second meeting of the 2022 Regional Mobility Dialogue Series on “Hydrogen and Clean Air Technologies” of the Leonard Transportation Center will take place on August 23 at 8 am. It will focus on hydrogen as a potential clean-air replacement for fossil fuels.

Kaiser Permanente to Build Healthcare Facilities worth $1.7 billion at Four Locations Across Riverside County Kaiser Permanente, one of the top healthcare organizations in western Riverside County, has started significant development projects. It includes expanding Kaiser’s hospitals in Riverside, Moreno Valley, and Wildomar. Kaiser Permanente is spending $1.7 billion on developing its facilities within Riverside County.

Acrisure Arena with 11,000 guests Capacity Celebrates Placing Concrete ice floor Acrisure area, home to Seattle Kraken’s American Hockey League (AHL) team, Coachella Valley Firebirds, will open by the end of this year (December 2022). The top-notch venue will be home to some of the biggest and brightest names in the music business. When it is ready, it will have 11,000 seats for the guests, including contemporary luxury suites.
