With $40M in Cash Reserves, the City of San Bernardino Exits Bankruptcy: The City of San Bernardino was declared bankrupt in 2012. After a decade-long struggle, on Thursday, September 8, 2022, the City exited bankruptcy. San Bernardino had a cash shortfall of $18.2 million and a budget shortfall of $45.8 million when the city declared bankruptcy in 2012. Now the City has $40M in cash reserves.

The Forbes Magazine Features University of California, Riverside Among America’s Top Colleges: According to Forbes magazine’s list of top universities, UC Riverside is the No. 33rd public institution. Due to the great culture and top-notch graduate and undergraduate programs, many UC campuses and 17 other universities, including UCR, made it to the top 50.
