Coachella Valley Firebirds hockey will be broadcast on 106.9 FM The Eagle by Alpha Media as the team’s principal radio partner. All 72 games will also be streamed online at theeagle1069.com. This coverage will include pre-game, post-game, and intermission programming.

KESQ News Channel 3: Local Broadcast Partner of Firebirds
KESQ News Channel 3 will also be the Firebirds’ exclusive local television broadcast partner. It will air ten games from Acrisure Arena on three different networks: KESQ News Channel 3, Fox 11, and CW5.

- Tucson Roadrunners on December 18 at 6 o’clock on FOX (Home Opening Game)
- San Jose Barracuda on January 7 CW at 6 pm (Pride Weekend)

- February 3 at 7 pm on ABC, vs. the San Diego Seagulls
- At Bakersfield Condors on February 18 at 6 o’clock on CW (Hometown Hero)

- Colorado Eagles at 6 o’clock on April 1 on CW (Kraken Night)

More About Firebirds Hockey
The Firebirds’ voice, Evan Pivnick, will call all the games. His call will be carried on radio and television, including AHLtv and the Firebirds’ official app.
Grant Fuhr and Gino LaMont will be in charge of the pre-game, intermission, and post-game panels. On October 20, the Firebirds weekly program will debut on the team’s YouTube account and other digital channels, with LaMont serving as the principal host.
Seattle will host a home series in October against the Calgary Wranglers and the Abbotsford Canucks. Three distinct locations in the Seattle region will host the four games.
The Coachella Valley’s newest top-tier music and sporting arena, Acrisure Arena, will host the Firebirds’ home debut game against the Tucson Roadrunners on Sunday, December 18, 2022. The puck will drop at 6:00 PT.
