As vice president of strategy and philanthropy, Katie influenced corporate strategy and business development activities, bringing long-term vision and insight to new and continuing programs. As CAO, she will continue to enhance strategic planning to seek growth and change within the automotive industry. She will create the foundation for a steadfast business strategy and culture prepared for the following 20 years together with the Lucas Oil leadership team.

Lucas has consistently upheld this company goal since its beginnings. Lucas has established itself as a top-selling additive line in the American truck stop sector via innovative product research and development and strong marketing campaigns.

Under Katie’s direction, Lucas Oil has received praise for its charitable work supporting regional and international non-profits. It most recently received the Inland Empire Association of Fundraising Professionals’ Outstanding Corporation Award for its outstanding support of the Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital in Loma Linda, California.

Nominated for Indiana Business Journal’s Forty under 40

Having achieved professional success and being actively involved in her community in central Indiana, Katie was selected as one of Indiana Business Journal’s Forty under 40. The National Medal of Honor Museum Foundation, Ascension St. Vincent Foundation, Wheeler Mission, Grit & Grace Nation Foundation, EDGE Mentoring, and several more non-profit organizations are among her various connections.

Lucas Oil Given Business of the Year Award 2022

Lucas Oil, based out of Corona-California, was awarded Business of the Year by the Inland Empire Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP).

The award was given for the company’s philanthropic contributions to the Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital in Loma Linda, California.
