The Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship (IECE) at California State University San Bernardino is surveying entrepreneurs and small business owners in the Inland Southern California region. It is called the Voice of the Entrepreneur survey. You can take the survey at the link below.
Voice of the Entrepreneur Survey
CSUSB’s Center for Entrepreneurship will use the survey results to report on the State of Entrepreneurship in the region in November 2021. The report will also explore how community organizations, policymakers, and resource providers can best understand and support entrepreneurs in the Inland Empire.
Note: This report that CSUSB will publish differs from the “The State of Innovation in the Inland Empire” that UC Riverside publishes.
We covered this in our Weekly Wire Roundup
About the Voice of the Entrepreneur Survey
Anyone who owns or has previously owned a business in the Inland Empire region is entitled to fill out the survey. The IECE aims to present the unique perspective of entrepreneurs in Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and select cities of Los Angeles County that are considered to be part of the “Inland Empire” (such as Claremont, Pomona)
A Snapshot of Inland Empire’s Entrepreneurial Activity
The report’s purpose is to provide a comprehensive snapshot of regional entrepreneurial activity, including extensive input from local entrepreneurs. This collective input from our local business owners, called “The Voice of the Entrepreneur,” will provide insight into how policymakers, community organizations, and resource providers can best understand and support entrepreneurs.

Custom Summary of the State of Entrepreneurship Report
The IECE has encouraged the Inland Empire entrepreneurs to have their contacts fill out the survey. For those participating in the survey, your organization will receive a custom summary of results from the survey, specific to the respondents that came to their contact list.
