About the Program

The Riverside Angel Summit is a full member of the Angel Capital Association (ACA), an association with 14,000+ angels. The Riverside Angel Summit (RAS) and Citrus Seeds LLC fund connect angel investors with Riverside and Inland Empire community entrepreneurs.

The Citrus Seeds Fund LLC is a special purpose vehicle – (SPV) established annually to invest in a company, or companies, in conjunction with the Riverside Angel Summit. SPVs are subsidiary companies formed to undertake specific business purposes or activities.

The events at the Riverside Angel Summit 2021 cover a wide variety of activities for startups. Pitch training and practice sessions are followed by go-to-market and customer discovery workshops. In addition, a couple of events in the summit will focus on investment strategy and alternative funding sources that startup founders can explore.  

The summit will also provide a sneak peek into how angel investors decide to invest in startups and portfolio strategies that enlighten entrepreneurs on how an investment works.
