Riverside County officials seek veterans for a housing community. Two- and three-bedroom units are reserved for veterans at Mission Heritage Plaza. Eligible veterans making 30-45% of the area median income can apply for six available units.

Inland Empire’s Population Projected to Grow by 20% in 25 Years
According to projections, the Inland Empire’s population is expected to increase by more than 20% in the next 25 years, equivalent to adding the Riverside, Moreno Valley, Fontana, and San Bernardino population to their respective counties. The population growth will significantly increase buying power, making the Inland Empire an attractive market for businesses and investors. The Executive Director of the Southern California Association of Governments, Kome Ajise, believes that the Inland Empire will become the center of action due to the expected growth in population and buying power, indicating a promising future for the region.

California’s Convening on Critical Materials Ecosystem
California recently convened in Palm Desert to discuss the state’s emerging and accelerating critical material ecosystem across multiple regions. The discussion centered on the need for essential minerals and materials to build the complete supply chain for zero-emission vehicles, clean energy technologies, semiconductors, aerospace and defense, and more.
The convening revealed that California has the necessary building blocks to support a resilient, secure, and sustainable future for the collective supply chain transition.
