In the Inland Empire, Cookie Co. is a household brand, and devoted customers travel long distances from other counties to stock up on their favorite treats. The Cookie Co.’s famous cookies, handcrafted with real eggs, butter, and sugar, were available at the Beaumont store beginning on Friday, August 26.ย

Key Takeaway:

  • Cookie Co. is expanding its operations and introducing a new location in Beaumont. They’re always looking to create unique cookie flavors and teach new ways to enjoy their delicious cookies. This new location will allow them to keep rolling out those innovations in the coming years.

The Beaumont store is the Gateway retail center’s 1545 E. 2nd Street, Suite 500 address. The big opening weekend’s cookie lineup will feature Frosted Sugar, Raspberry Cheesecake, Pineapple Upside Down Cake, and Cookie Co.’s famous Chocolate Chip.

Following the inauguration of their Temecula branch earlier this month, Cookie Co. has now opened a fourth store in Southern California. Details about the planned Cookie Co. location in Yucaipa, California, will be made public in the following weeks.

“We’ve been diligent about maintaining quality as we expand, which is of the utmost importance to us. There has been such high demand in the Beaumont area, so this was the right choice for us when it came to selecting our next Southern California location. ” -Elise Thomas, Co-Founder, Cookie Co.

About Cookie Co.

Cookie Co. was started as a labor of love in 2020 at the height of the epidemic, giving the most basic comfort foods: freshly baked cookies.

Founders Elise and Matt Thomas found comfort in offering an experience that brought back happy childhood memories, baked directly at home with a curbside pick-up in their driveway.

The first Cookie Co. site was opened in Redlands, California, in August 2020. Due to the devoted patronage of the neighborhood, Cookie Co. has prospered and is now a franchise opportunity. The brand is well-known for its patented unique cookies.ย

Wrap Up!

Although their prices are a bit steep (as are those of most bakeries), Cookie Co has earned plenty of loyal customers who make frequent visits. Fortunately, the new location in Beaumont should make this easier for them and draw in more customers from the surrounding area. In addition, Cookie Co.’s selection will increase significantly with this new expansion. They’re also expanding their delivery services to be available all over Southern California, which should appeal to a broader clientele.
