It was announced by the Riverside County Office of Economic Development. The fierce competition and the judges had difficulty deciding on the winners. Ultimately, Sulfuron, Inc., StarNav LLC, and Moducan Corporation emerged as the top three startups. Let’s take a closer look at the winners and their innovative ideas.
