Minority Entrepreneurship Thrives in the Inland Empire, says a New Report by IECE: According to the latest report by the Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship (IECE), out of a total of 60,000 business firms in the Inland Empire, 21,261 (35%)
were owned by minority entrepreneurs. Among all ethnicities in the sample, Hispanic owners represent the most extensive distribution – 16% (9,395 firms) of the business firm population.
