After 8 years working as an independent contractor, he founded BEK Impact Co. and built a team of expert consulting partners who currently serve executive leaders and teams from healthcare, city and county government and public sector agencies, and small businesses in the U.S. and internationally. As a minister and servant leader, he frequently speaks and writes on subjects such as vision clarity, leadership and team impact, faith, and racial equity.

Second only to His love for Christ is his love for his wife, Sacheen Erica Knight. They are the proud parents of two sons, B.J. (15) and Charles Edward (12), and one daughter, Sydnei Erica (8).
