In this episode of the Founder’s Podcast I sit down With serial product developer and technology evangelist Justin Radeka. We discuss Justin’s journey of the creation of One i/e & talk about where his organization currently is in the startup process. ONE i/e is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the development, education and growth of entrepreneurs, and the entrepreneurial ecosystem. With K-12 curriculum and adult bootcamps, ONE i/e fosters growth through learning workforce development and entrepreneurship skills in education and to develop the entrepreneurial mindset.

ONE i/e believes that all individuals, especially those underserved and underprivileged, should have access to entrepreneurship education. We strive to eliminate barriers in entrepreneurship, offer programming that engages communities, and promote a culture of social change and economic betterment for all. At ONE i/e, our core values guide us to be innovative, confident decision-makers who embrace social differences and promote diversification. Our mentorship and networking opportunities to make access and inclusion an organizational priority. We are committed to ensuring that our programs are accessible to any person who wants to participate, enhance their business, or begin a new future.
