Corona State of the City 2022: Showcasing the City’s Progress

The City of Corona will premiere the ‘2022 State of the City’ on Thursday, April 14th at the Historic Civic Center Theater, beginning at 6:30 p.m. The event will not be live-streamed on Facebook and YouTube.

However, the State of the City video will be posted to Corona’s social media platforms after the Premiere ends.

Premiere of the 2022 State of the City

Corona is one of the fastest-growing cities in California. The Premiere will include a presentation by Mayor Wes Speake and other members of City leadership, as well as special guests. They will highlight the positive impacts of community growth on the local economy, infrastructure, public safety, housing, business development, and more.

The Premiere will focus on Corona’s continued success in managing through a worldwide pandemic while still providing many essential services to the community. It will also feature the progress made in 2020-2022 and what lies ahead for the great city in 2022 and beyond.

People are requested to join Mayor Wes Speake and the City Council members for the Premiere of the 2022 State of the City Address.

The evening will start with a brief reception at 6:30 p.m., followed by this year’s video presentation at 7:00 p.m. The address will look back at 2021, focusing on continuing to move forward through adversity together as a community.

This event is open to everyone, be it public or business leaders who want to attend. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, space is limited, and RSVPs are required to participate in person.
